The TGI is a four week program, with sessions held on Tuesday and Saturday mornings from 9-11.
Each session builds on the previous, so it's best if you can attend every session. (No make up sessions will be provided.)
The TGI requires that the group maintain the confidentiality of its members.
Many avenues of facilitation are used, including journaling, creativity, guided visualizations, group discussion, a supervised meal and more.
This group is not recommended for individuals who have serious eating disorders, unless recommended by their therapist/doctor.
